West Ham United youngster Grady Diangana is desperate to see out his loan spell at West Bromwich Albion, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

Diangana’s future had a major question mark hanging over it heading into January. He has proved to be an inspired signing for the Baggies.

And with Manuel Pellegrini being replaced by David Moyes at the London Stadium, some may have wondered whether he would follow in Harvey Barnes’s footsteps by leaving the Hawthorns midway through a loan spell.

The Daily Mail reports that the Hammers have the option to bring the 21-year-old back. But it is suggested that Diangana is desperate to stay where he is.

TBR View – Tough decision for West Ham?

It is arguably not going to be an easy decision for Moyes. West Ham are just one point above the bottom three in the Premier League.

You could certainly understand if some fans wanted Diangana back. He is high on confidence and may be able to make an impact during the second-half of the season.

However, there are likely to be plenty of West Ham fans who want the attacking midfielder to be left with Slaven Bilic.

He is probably not going to play as regularly should he return to the Hammers. So it looks to be best for his development if he is allowed to continue out on loan.

And now with Diangana reportedly desperate to stay where he is, it would arguably be a risky call for West Ham to decide to bring him back this month.
