West Ham United are reportedly interested in Nantes midfielder Abdoulaye Toure.
According to a report from France Football, Hammers boss David Moyes wants to reinforce his midfield for the second half of the season, and Toure is a possible option for the Scot.
Scouts supposedly see Toure as a similar kind of player to Cheikhou Kouyate, who left the club in the summer of 2018 to join Crystal Palace.

Apparently there is ‘concrete’ interest from West Ham, who have just over a week left in the transfer window to make additions.
Captain Toure has been an ever-present for Nantes this season, making 22 appearances across all competitions.
The Ligue 1 side would hope for an offer in the region of €15 million/£12.6 million, but West Ham are said to be wanting to loan the player with an option to buy.
TBR’s view – Steely Toure would improve the Hammers midfield
West Ham successfully signing Toure would help give a significant boost to their midfield.

Declan Rice and Mark Noble lack mobility and physicality, two things that Toure is known for in France.
At around £12.6 million, he would be a decent investment by the club, especially given the lack of quality options right now with Jack Wilshere injured.
