West Ham United are reported to be the only club in genuine negotiations with Juventus over defender Daniele Rugani.
According to Alfredo Pedulla, the Hammers are talking with the Italian giants about a transfer, but an offer is yet to come from the London club.

Other sides to have linked with the player are Fulham, Rennes, Sevilla and Newcastle, but none of those sides are believed to have made contact with Juve, leaving West Ham seemingly in the clear to tie up a deal.
Rugani is being valued at at least €18 million/£16 million by his club, with Juve preferring to sell rather than loan out.
The Hammers are in desperate need of a new centre-half.
They did impressively keep a clean sheet against Wolves last night in the Premier League, but Fabian Balbuena, Issa Diop and Angelo Ogbonna are David Moyes’ only options.
TBR’s View – West Ham need to get it done
So it seems Rugani is there waiting to be signed.

The Hammers know how much it will take to sign him, it’s just about getting it done.
The transfer window is closing in one week, and the club cannot allow too much time to be taken in the negotiations as they need to move on to other targets.
Rugani, who has seven caps for the Italian national team, is a decent defender who would definitely provide competition for the current crop.
