Newcastle United have been offered the chance to sign Lukas Masopust, but West Ham United want to strike a £6 million deal, 90 Mins report.
West Ham keen
West Ham have good connections with Slavia Prague, where Masopust’s currently plays, having already landed Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal from them.
And they are said to be looking to repeat the trick to wing the winger.
However, Newcastle have also been offered a chance to land him – although Steve Bruce’s side are yet to make a move.
Could Newcastle move?
Masopust may not be the most eye catching signing for either West Ham or Newcastle in truth.

The wide-man is now 28 and has form was solid rather than spectacular last season.
That being said, West Ham fans have taken to their other Czech Republic internationals, due to their extremely hard working attitudes.
And if he was to join then he could bolster the attacking ranks of both sides.
