West Bromwich Albion are hoping to boost their bid for a return to the Premier League by signing Karlan Grant, according to Birmingham Live.
The Huddersfield Town talisman has been in decent goalscoring form, despite the Terriers languishing towards the bottom of the Championship.
Grant signed for the West Yorkshire-based club last January for a fee in the region of £2 million paid to Charlton Athletic (Talk Sport).

The 22-year-old netted four goals in 13 games in the Premier League but was powerless to prevent their inevitable relegation.
He has continued his prolific form this season, however. Grant has bagged 12 goals and registered four assists during the 2019/29 campaign.
The Baggies are in the market for another striker as they bid to return to the Premier League.
Slaven Bilic’s team are top of the pile in the second tier, holding a seven-point advantage in the team currently sat in third.
Charlie Austin is the top scorer with eight goals and Bilic clearly wants more firepower.
Dwight Gayle netted 24 goals for the club last season and that has proved tricky to replace.
TBR View – Grant could be perfect for West Brom
The 22-year-old could be the perfect player to get the Baggies over the line.

He showed in the Premier League last season that he can play and he’d be an asset if the Baggies could win promotion.
He wouldn’t be the signing to take them up but then do nothing at the next level. Grant would be a long-term investment and that would make it a savvy addition.
Bilic might get the striker for a relatively good price and it’s certainly an option for the club to pursue.
