West Ham winger Robert Snodrgass is reportedly a target for top-flight rivals West Brom during the current January transfer window.
According to the Express and Star, West Brom are desperate to sign some players this month to try help them climb out of the relegation places in the Premier League, with the club currently sat 19th in the table.
It is explained that the Baggies are interested in landing Snodgrass, who will be available for a “nominal fee” with his contract expiring in the summer.
The report explains that the Hammers will listen to offers for the 33-year-old wide player and West Brom would rather sign him on a permanent basis than on loan.
Snodgrass, who joined West Ham for £10.2million (BBC) four years ago, is a talented left-footer that is great from set-pieces and a real danger cutting inside from the right.
But the ageing Scotsman has played just six games across all competitions this season, with only three extremely brief cameos in the Premier League.

TBR’s View:
It looks like Snodgrass will be departing the London Stadium in the near future, but it remains to be seen if that’ll be in January or at the end of the season.
He’s hardly getting a look-in right now at the Hammers and that’s likely to remain the same while right-winger Jarrod Bowen is fit, as he’s been brilliant since he joined midway through last season.
But he could certainly help Sam Allardyce’s West Brom with his talents, so he could be a shrewd addition for a small transfer fee.
