Report: 'Unbelievable' player would struggle to turn down Liverpool move and Klopp really wants him
Jude Bellingham would find it hard to turn down an approach from Liverpool, the Daily Star claim.
Jurgen Klopp is said to have made the England international midfielder his top target for next summer already, despite his £80 million price-tag.
Liverpool are believed to be ready to break their transfer record on the Borussia Dortmund youngster, as Klopp feels he is ideally suited to their midfield.
Bellingham apparently won’t push for the move to happen, but if Liverpool do have a bid accepted, he would be more than willing to join.
That looks like good news for the Reds, as Bellingham could be one of their most exciting additions in years.
The 18-year-old, who has just been called ‘unbelievable’ by Kieran Trippier (England Youtube), has an ability which belies his tender years, and looks capable of playing at the very top level already.
He would have the ability to star in Liverpool’s midfield for well beyond the next decade, and could be a player for Klopp to build his whole team around.
Liverpool have been fairly static in the transfer window over the last two seasons.
But Bellingham’s arrival would really show their ambition, and it will be interesting to see how the transfer plays out in 12 months’ time, when Liverpool are said to be ready to make a big money bid.
