Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is hoping to be back for Sunday’s Premier League meeting with Leeds, according to football.london.
The summer signing from Atletico Madrid has had a stop-start season for the Gunners due to injury issues over the past few months.
Partey had only recently returned to the team after suffering a hip injury which kept him out for 10 games.

However, he limped out of the 1-0 loss to Aston Villa, being replaced by Willian with 15 minutes left of the game.
According to football.london, Partey felt some pain in his thigh before signalling that he needed to be substituted in the second half.
The outlet then claims his injury isn’t thought to be serious, and the player will spend the next few days recovering ahead of the match at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
TBR View:
Partey was a much-needed signing for Arsenal, his arrival met with much fanfare by fans and pundits – Paul Merson deemed him an “unbelievable” acquisition.
When on the pitch, the 27-year-old has been superb for the Gunners, but sadly, his season has been hampered by injuries.
Luckily, it doesn’t seem as though this latest knock is too serious, and he’d exactly what Arsenal need against a team like Leeds, so it’s good news.
