Arsenal and Liverpool target, Ferran Torres, has two offers on the table from England, according to a fresh report from football outlet, Goal.
The Valencia youngster, who has also been courted by Manchester United, is set to be one of the most in-demand players in the summer market.

Torres has six goals and seven assists across all competitions this season. But after previously looking like he might be on his way to Borussia Dortmund, Goal now claim the German’s have exited the race.
And that has reportedly left the door open for Torres to seal a move to England. Indeed, it is claimed two offers are already on the table for the 20-year-old Spaniard.

The Sun previously reported that Torres has a £92m release-clause in his contract. That fee, of course, would likely put Arsenal off. Liverpool may also struggle, especially given the fact they pulled out of a £50m deal for Timo Werner.

There can be little doubting that Ferran Torres is one of the best young talents in Europe. At just 20, he has so much time to develop and really become one of the world’s best.
However, there’s just no way that Liverpool, United, or Arsenal are going to pay over £90m for him.
The current financial climate, for one, means it’s a no go. Secondly, that sort of money could be better spent on a player who is more proven. At this time, clubs will need players to make an instant impact and provide value for money.
Torres will undoubtedly get his big move one day. But for now, at £92m, a move to the PL looks unlikely.
