Tottenham Hotspur could see a lot of incomings and outgoings in the summer transfer window.

Antonio Conte has worked miracles at a previously ailing Spurs outfit, making them favourites for fourth place.

Tottenham can definitely kick on next season, but they’ll also have to spend big to make top signings.

Conte not only needs high-calibre new recruits for his starting XI, but also to improve his strength in depth.

One such area is up front, where there’s a need for someone to deputise for – and compete with – Harry Kane.

Football.london has published an article outlining who Tottenham are reportedly eyeing in the upcoming window.

One player who has apparently caught Fabio Paratici’s eye is Bayer Leverkusen star Patrik Schick.

The 26-year-old has enjoyed another superb season in the Bundesliga, registering 24 goals and five assists.

Schick’s overall Leverkusen tally reads 67 games, 37 goals and seven assists.

In addition, the 6ft 2in ace has 17 goals from 33 Czech Republic outings, and stood out at Euro 2020.

“Could do a job in the Premier League”

“The Czech star has the makings of an old-fashioned No. 9,” Chris Sutton wrote in the Daily Mail last June.

“But that classic football saying – ‘nice touch for a big man’ – very much applies to Schick.

“Watching highlights of him in a Leipzig and Leverkusen shirt, he is often willing to drop deep and receive the ball in tight spaces.

“He doesn’t then dribble with it. Instead he’ll tidily pass it on to a teammate and break forward in the hope that he can apply the finishing touch to the move.

“I’m sure Schick could do a job in the Premier League if any clubs are looking for a striker. And they’ll be well aware of his presence after his goals against Scotland.

“He’s got a bit of Patrick Bamford or Dominic Calvert-Lewin about him.”

Schick has also been compared by some fans to Arsenal and Manchester United icon Robin van Persie.

According to a report from Jeunes Footeux, any suitors will have to pay at least £50million for Schick.
