Tottenham Hotspur are very interested in signing Ibrahim Sangare this summer having scouted the midfielder extensively this summer, according to a report from Get French Football News.
The Ivory Coast international made 25 appearances in Ligue 1 last season. But following Toulouse’s relegation, it appears that he could be on the move during this window.

Get French Football News reports that Spurs have been monitoring the 22-year-old for some time and are now very interested. It is suggested that they are yet to confirm their interest with a bid.
It is also noted that Toulouse feel under little pressure to sell the youngster. But an offer of between £13.5 million and £18 million plus add-ons may be enough to convince the club to sell.

TBR View: Sangare has real potential, but Spurs do not lack midfield options
Sangare looks to be a real talent. He has been superb when deployed as a deep-lying playmaker, dictating the play. He is an excellent passer, more than happy to produce a long-range ball when the situation requires.
Defensively, Sangare provides superb cover for the backline. He stands at 6 ft 3 in, so is not knocked off the ball too easily at all.
He appears to have plenty of potential. And he looks to have every chance of proving a very good signing over the coming years.
But Tottenham’s interest is intriguing. Jose Mourinho does not lack midfield options, and he has added Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to his ranks this summer.
So it will be very interesting to see if Spurs do make an offer for Sangare in the coming weeks. It would arguably say a lot about his ability if they do go in with a bid.
