Tottenham Hotspur striker Troy Parrott is expected to sign a new deal with the club ‘next month’.
According to Sky Sports, the Spurs youngster is ready to agree fresh terms with the north Londoners, whom he’s been with since 2017 after joining from Dublin-based club Belvedere.

Parrott was handed his first-team debut earlier this season by Mauricio Pochettino in the EFL Cup defeat to Colchester United, and was then given his first outing in the Premier League by Jose Mourinho in December against Burnley.
Sandwiched in between was his debut for the Republic of Ireland against New Zealand.
Talented Parrott, 17, appears set for a bright future, and he may be hoping to see more minutes following the hamstring injury picked up by Harry Kane.
TBR’s view – Good Tottenham business
Tottenham tying Parrott down to a new deal will be great news for the club.

He is yet to get much of a chance with the first-team, but clearly the club rate him very highly and a new deal means their asset is better protected.
There’s a chance Parrott – who has 10 goals for various youth teams so far this season – could catch the eye in the absence of Kane, so a new contract could prove to be important should teams fancy signing him next summer.
