The Evening Standard have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur winger Jack Clarke is undergoing a medical at Championship side QPR, ahead of a loan move for the rest of the season – and he will be available to face Leeds on Saturday.
Clarke, 19, joined Tottenham after breaking into the Leeds side last season. Having a hand in four goals during 25 appearances, Tottenham chose to spend £10million (Standard) to make Clarke their player. He was loaned back to Leeds.
But under Marcelo Bielsa this season, Clarke has managed just three appearances for Leeds – only one of which came in the Championship. It saw Spurs recall the England youth international, and now a move to QPR is expected.
Clarke is set to complete a medical with QPR on Thursday before a deal is confirmed towards Thursday evening. It means Clarke, who came through the Leeds academy, could face the Whites on Saturday when the two sides meet at Loftus Road.

TBR’s view – Clarke can shine at QPR if given necessary game time
Certainly, Luke Amos is benefitting from his loan spell at QPR. The Tottenham midfielder is a crucial member of the side despite a serious injury at the beginning of the 2018-19 season.
QPR have plenty of attacking talent and play with plenty of flair, given they boast players such as Nahki Wells, Eberechi Eze and Jordan Hugill. Clarke can slot in to that list, and help Mark Waburton’s side as well as his own career.
