Antonio Conte did not celebrate either of the goals scored by Harry Kane in Tottenham’s 4-0 win over Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
We expect Conte to be dynamic and excitable on the touchline, kicking every ball with his side and celebrating wildly when they score.
Football.London report that, on the back of two poor results before the Palace game, Conte was more subdued to start off with at Selhurst Park.
That meant he was unmoved when Kane made it 1-0 and then 2-0, but then he got more animated when Matt Doherty and Son Heung-min completed the scoring.

Conte did not celebrate when Kane scored
That performance came almost out of nowhere in the second half for Spurs, after an opening 45 minutes which could have gone either way.
It was the quality and clinical finishing of Kane which swung the game their way initially, and he now has three goals in three Premier League games since his World Cup heartache.
Conte perhaps only relaxed and allowed himself to enjoy the scoreline when it got to 3-0, when Doherty’s goal really made the game safe.
A clean sheet was vitally important for Spurs too, as they went into the game having conceded the first goal in their last ten games either side of the World Cup.
Next up is Portsmouth in the FA Cup, when Kane may hope to get the afternoon off but Conte does not have huge depth on the bench to bring in.
He is now just two goals behind Jimmy Greaves’ all-time goal record for Tottenham and he will break it soon enough, as well as the England tally set by Wayne Rooney too.
