Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Leeds United loanee Ben White during the January transfer window, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
White has been outstanding at Elland Road this season. He arrived at Leeds from Brighton having never played at a level higher than League One. But he has adapted to the Championship superbly.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side boast one of the best defensive records in the division, and White has started every game. Unsurprisingly, his form has attracted attention.
The Daily Mail reports that Spurs are one of the Premier League clubs interested in signing the 22-year-old. Chelsea and Liverpool are also admirers of the centre-back, according to the report.

TBR View – White could be an inspired signing for Mourinho
Tottenham fans may be put off by reports linking them with a player who is yet to play at the highest level. But White’s performances suggest that he has the potential to be a massive success in the top flight.
White looks a class act on the ball. He is happy driving out of the defence or spraying a long pass out wide towards the final third.
Tottenham do arguably need to think about making some changes at the back. Toby Alderweireld has signed a new contract. But there remains question marks over Jan Vertonghen’s future.
Spurs have also only kept one clean sheet since Jose Mourinho’s appointment. White, admittedly, would be a signing made with one eye on the future. But he looks to have the attributes to be a big star in the coming years.
