Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs eyeing a stunning move for Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry, according to a report from Bild.

Gnabry is facing an uncertain future with the Bavarian giants. He is now approaching the final 12 months of his contract with Bayern.

Bild reports that Chelsea are keen on signing the Germany international. But interestingly, they also suggest that Tottenham want Gnabry.

Of course, that would be a shocking move from the 26-year-old. He began his professional career at Arsenal before returning to the Bundesliga back in 2016.

It would be a real shock therefore, if Antonio Conte was able to bring Gnabry to Tottenham. It would certainly be a huge statement of intent from the Italian.

Sky Germany previously reported that Bayern still expect Gnabry to sign a new contract. However, the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United would be waiting in the wings if talks broke down.

And now, it would appear that Tottenham may also be in the running for Gnabry.

Gnabry joining Tottenham looks highly unlikely, but it would be an amazing signing

In truth, plenty of Tottenham fans will probably give little credence to the idea that Gnabry could end up joining the club.

He previously trolled Spurs after scoring four against them in the Champions League.

If there is a chance however, Tottenham simply have to make a move for Gnabry. He is a ‘world-class‘ player. In total, he has had 98 goal involvements in 157 games for Bayern.

Conte reportedly wants to see Spurs push the boat out when the summer transfer window. Tottenham fans should be extremely excited about what may to come in the coming months, particularly if they manage to finish in the top-four this season.

Few signings right now would send out a greater message than Tottenham landing Gnabry.
