A report from Italy has claimed that Tottenham are one of a clutch of clubs interested in the services of Gaetano Castrovilli.
According to Tutto Inter 24, Tottenham, Inter Milan, RB Leipzig and Juventus are interested in signing the central midfielder.
Castrovilli is currently playing for Fiorentina where he has scored three goals and claimed two assists this season.

The 22-year-old is attracting interest from elsewhere, despite only making the step up to the first-team this season.
Castrovilli has played for Bari and Cremonese during his career and he has also made an appearance for Italy.
Tottenham wouldn’t get the midfielder on the cheap. The report claims that it will take as much as £43 million to prise the player away.
Jose Mourinho has already added Gedson Fernandes to his midfield ranks this summer, although he clearly feels Castrovilli could add something different.
Fiorentina currently languish in 13th place in the table and a move to one of Europe’s big guns could appeal to the player.
TBR View – Castrovilli would be a risk as he doesn’t measure up to Tottenham midfielders; a replacement for Eriksen?
The Italian maestro is supposedly a ball-playing midfielder but his pass success ratio isn’t really that great.
Castrovilli has a pass success ratio this season of 81% (Who Scored) which compared to Harry Winks (90%), Moussa Sissoko (87%), and Giovani Lo Celso (84.6%) doesn’t really make his passing seem that great.
There is another theory, however.

With Mourinho well-stocked in midfield, could Castrovilli be the replacement for Christian Eriksen?
The Dane looks set to leave when his contract expires in the summer and Castrovilli could do a job.
His pass success ratio is actually higher than Eriksen’s this season (80%).
Lo Celso played well in midfield against Norwich and Castrovilli might be viewed as a replacement for Eriksen instead.
