Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in a move for Bayern Munich youngster Taylor Booth, and his brother Zach.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the American prospects are both targets for Tottenham this summer as the club look to invest in young talents.

Taylor, the older brother at 18, has personally caught the eye of Tottenham first-team coach Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese was reportedly excited by Booth’s display as Bayern’s under-19s knocked Tottenham out of the UEFA Youth League with a 3-0 win. Booth provided two assists on the day and Mourinho was apparently impressed.

Zach, 16, is currently playing for Taylor’s former club Real Salt Lake back Stateside. The likes of Leicester City, Norwich, and Fulham are all keen on the player but he reportedly underwent a trial at Tottenham before Christmas, and Spurs remain keen.

The Bayern star has an EU passport because of his Italian heritage so a work permit would be no issue.

The German-based youngster, as reported by Bundesliga.com, is a massive fan of Thierry Henry and David Beckham and his dead-ball skills are certainly reminiscent of the former England captain.

“Thierry Henry and David Beckham (are my inspirations). I can remember when I was younger just watching them on YouTube all day dreaming that one day it could be me.”

Tottenham will be hoping they can push forward and secure his signature this summer as he could be a top prospect for the future.
