Report: Tanganga has rejected several Premier League offers
Japhet Tanganga has rejected offers from several Premier League sides, with the Tottenham Hotspur defender only interested in joining AC Milan this summer, according to a report from Calciomercato.
Tanganga has been heavily linked with a move to San Siro for some time now. Unfortunately, the 23-year-old does not appear to feature in Antonio Conte’s plans.
He has done well whenever he has played for Tottenham. However, Spurs now boast real depth across the backline. And with that, a move to the Rossoneri now looks to be on the cards.
According to their report, Tanganga has turned down several offers from Tottenham’s Premier League rivals. He wants to join Milan at all costs.
The Serie A champions meanwhile, look set to seal a loan with an option to buy.
Tanganga has rejected several Premier League offers
You can understand why the youngster has snubbed the chance to join another side in England. Spurs are unlikely to let him join another top side in the Premier League.
So his other options are likely to be lower down the table. Milan meanwhile, can offer the ‘amazing‘ defender the chance to play in the Champions League and fight for titles.
Several Premier League players have taken their careers to another level by moving to Italy in recent years. And Tanganga may fancy his chances of becoming the latest.
It looks to be a move that all parties want at this stage. So surely, it will not be too long before an agreement is reached.
