It seems every team in European football wants a piece of Erling Braut Haaland at the moment and with very good reason. The Norwegian international is in sensational form with his club Red Bull Salzburg. The 19-year-old has scored 28 goals in 21 games so far this season and is one of Europe’s hottest prospects.
Tottenham Hotspur are now said to be one of those teams interested in the striker.
Alfredo Pedulla is reporting that Tottenham are ‘very interested’ in the player, as he discussed Juventus’ initial approach to Salzburg for the player.

However, the report also stated that Tottenham were ready to do further evaluations on the player since they have recently changed management. Jose Mourinho took over from the sacked Mauricio Pochettino last month.
TBR’s View
Of course, Tottenham fans would love to see Haaland arrive at the club. The teen sensation, reportedly (The Mirror) valued at around €100 million (£84m) is one of Europe’s hottest talents and it would be a huge coup if Tottenham could secure his signature.
However, Tottenham have a problem in that Haaland will want regular first-team football and with Harry Kane at the club, they simply cannot guarantee the Norwegian such a privilege.
So it will be interesting to see if Tottenham do continue to monitor the Norwegian going forward.
