Japhet Tanganga is keen to join West Bromwich Albion on loan, with the Daily Mail reporting that Jose Mourinho is unsure about whether to let the Tottenham Hotspur youngster leave.
Tanganga has endured a tough campaign to date. He has had problems with injury and still awaiting his first Premier League appearance of the season.

He has previously demonstrated his potential. And West Brom are reportedly interested in signing him before the deadline passes.
According to the Daily Mail, the Baggies want to land the 21-year-old for the rest of the season. And the report claims that Tanganga is keen to go out and get the experience.

The Mail adds however, Tottenham are unsure about letting the defender leave. Mourinho is wary of leaving himself without cover at the back.
Tanganga is a player capable of featuring across the back line. So you could understand why Mourinho may be concerned about letting him leave.
Having said that, he appears to be quite low down the pecking order at the moment. He was on the bench against Brighton on Sunday. But it was perhaps telling that Moussa Sissoko was picked at right wing-back.
With Serge Aurier not involved and Matt Doherty left on the bench, Tanganga – who earns £23,000, according to Spotrac – may not be far away from an opportunity.
But with nothing guaranteed at this stage, it is not difficult to see why he is reportedly tempted by the Baggies.
