Tottenham Hotspur could look at bringing Noni Madueke back to the club, the London Evening Standard report.
Attacking targets
Tottenham have aimed to bolster their defence in recent weeks, with Cristian Romero due to arrive soon.
But it is now the attacking area where Fabio Paratici and Nuno apparently want additions.
Tottenham have already added Bryan Gil, but Spurs still feel that further signings may be required.
The Evening Standard list Sampdoria’s Mikkel Damsgaard as a potential option, but they also say that Madueke at PSV could be a target.
Coming back?
That is interesting as Madueke is a player who Tottenham know well.
The youngster came through Spurs’ youth academy before leaving to join PSV.

It is in Holland where he has really started to make a name for himself, after being given regular first-team football.
Indeed Madueke actually said that he was definitely right to leave Spurs just six months ago.
“I was right behind my decision to leave Tottenham at the time and to join a top side in Holland, and my stats are an even bigger confirmation of my good choice,” he said (Sunday Mirror).
But now the possibility for him to return as a senior pro it could be a move which tempts him.
Madueke would likely be considered to play in Tottenham’s first-team straight away if he was to re-join.
And if he was to join Gil, then Spurs could have two extremely promising prospects down the flanks to develop.
