Manchester City have opened talks with Red Star Belgrade over a potential move for Andrija Radulovic, but The Sun suggests that Tottenham Hotspur have also shown an interest in the winger.
Radulovic is one of several exciting prospects emerging in Serbia right now. And it appears that he has been catching the eye for some time.

The Sun notes that he scored against Spurs in last season’s UEFA Youth League, and that saw both Tottenham and Manchester City take notice of his potential.
It appears that it is City who lead the charge to sign the 18-year-old. The Sun claims that talks with his club started last month.

It is suggested that he is likely to be loaned out by the Cityzens next season should he end up making the move to the Etihad Stadium.
TBR View: Spurs running out of time to act
It remains to be seen whether Spurs have any intention of trying to rival their Carabao Cup final opponents in the race to sign Radulovic.
He is a player who can play in a couple of roles down the left wing. He also got the chance to make his Europa League debut earlier this season, coming on in November’s win over Gent.
But if Tottenham do retain any interest in Radulovic, you would imagine that they may need to move very soon with City seemingly enjoying quite the head start.
