Tottenham have reportedly been offered Antoine Griezmann as FC Barcelona look to find a seller for the French international.
According to Thursday’s print edition of L’Equipe (p2: 22/06), the Spanish giants are desperate to sell the 30-year-old attacker this summer.
And Barcelona have contacted Daniel Levy in an attempt to get Griezmann of their books.

As per the report, Manchester City have also been offered the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner. Atletico Madrid and Juventus have too been asked by Barcelona if they are interested in Griezmann.
The La Liga club are desperate to sell players this summer. Their current wage bill means they are unable to register new signings in the squad, as well as renew Lionel Messi’s contract.
Indeed, it is extremely unlikely that Tottenham will take up Barcelona’s offer for Griezmann. As per the report, the striker earns €36m (£30m) a year pre-tax, almost triple what star man Harry Kane is on at Spurs.

However, the attacker would be an excellent addition to Spurs if Kane was to leave this summer. As per Foot The Ball, Messi once labelled Griezmann as ‘one of the best’ players currently playing in the game.
Moreover, the French international enjoyed a successful campaign with Barcelona last season.
But with Griezmann one of the highest-paid players in Europe, there is next to no chance that Levy will splash the cash on the former Atletico superstar.
