Southampton and West Bromwich Albion are both planning to make late bids for Celtic’s Olivier Ntcham, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
It would be little surprise to see the Saints and Baggies try to make the most of every available minute left in the window.

Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men have only made a couple of signings so far this summer. Meanwhile, West Brom have only picked up one point from their opening three games.
And it appears that they are both hoping to win the race for Ntcham as the deadline looms. According to the Daily Mail, both clubs plan to make last-ditch offers for the 24-year-old, who is also being tracked by Lyon.

It is noted that a return to the Premier League could appeal to the former Manchester City youngster.
TBR View: Celtic will demand big money for Ntcham
Celtic will have no interest in letting Ntcham leave on the cheap. He has featured regularly for Neil Lennon’s side this season. And when he is on form, there are arguably few players in the Scottish Premiership who are better than the Frenchman.
The Saints and Baggies will also have to factor in that Celtic will now have little time to replace Ntcham should he leave Parkhead.
But he certainly has the talent to be incredibly exciting signing for either club should they be able to convince Celtic to let him leave.
