Bayer Leverkusen will resist any bids from Arsenal next month for attacker Kevin Volland.
According to Sky Germany, the Bundesliga club are not interested in letting the 27-year-old leave next month and are hoping to plan for the long-term with him.

Currently, the star has 18 months remaining on his contract, meaning the club could come under pressure to sell in the next couple of windows.
Volland has emerged as a key player for Leverkusen over the past couple of years, especially following the departure of Javier Hernandez to West Ham United in 2017.
The versatile Germany international has scored 45 goals in 133 appearances for the club and also tabled 29 assists.
Sky Sports recently linked Volland with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
TBR’s view – Arsenal need to refocus their attention
Leverkusen’s stance should see Arsenal’s supposed interest in Volland end straight away.

He is a good player, but not what Arsenal need at this moment in time.
The Gunners have been dreadful at the back this season and arguably could do with a physical midfield enforcer.
Perhaps next summer or next January is when the north Londoners should be looking at Volland if nothing happens with his contract – right now, attackers should not be the priority.
