West Ham United on-loan forward Jesse Lingard could potentially become involved in a transfer tussle between the Hammers and Manchester United.
The Hammers signed the Red Devils ace on loan in the January transfer window and he’s taken no time in becoming a claret and blue fan favourite.
In just seven Premier League appearances for West Ham, Lingard has scored five goals and registered three assists.

The 28-year-old was promptly rewarded with a call-up to the England squad – his first since 2019 – for their opening World Cup qualifiers.
Lingard started for the Three Lions against San Marino and registered an assist, sliding the ball across goal for Dominic Calvert-Lewin to tap into an empty net en route to a 5-0 victory.
According to The Sun, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will assess whether to bring him back into the Old Trafford fold before the summer, while not ruling out giving him a new deal.
He has a little more than a year left on his £100,000-a-week terms, and the report claims Man United could be willing to offer him a new three-year contract.
However, West Ham will apparently try and land Lingard on a permanent move at the end of the campaign after helping their European push.
The Hammers reportedly value him between £15million and £20million, but Old Trafford chiefs would want more than that if a deal was to be struck, added the report.
TBR View:
Lingard has been sensational since arriving at West Ham and is proving a key player in the club’s pursuit of European football.
Obviously, with him being on loan, there’s a flip side to when such a player does well away from his parent club, in that they hold most of the cards.
