Sevilla are considering a bid for Harry Winks, with The Sun reporting that Tottenham Hotspur have told the 26-year-old that he can leave the club this summer.
The writing has appeared to be on the wall for some time for Winks. He fell out of favour under Antonio Conte. His final 90 minute appearance in the Premier League this past season came back in February.

Reports at the weekend claimed that Spurs will accept £15 million for Winks. The likes of Newcastle and Southampton want the England international.
And The Sun is now reporting that Sevilla can be added to the list of his admirers. In fact, it is suggested that Julen Lopetegui’s men are considering a bid for the midfielder. The Sun claims that his valuation is £20 million.

Meanwhile, the Saints may back away from the race due to wanting to prioritise other targets.
Sevilla considering Harry Winks bid
A move to Sevilla could be ideal for all parties. Obviously, the key for Tottenham is that they receive the fee that they want for the academy graduate.
But selling him to a team not in the Premier League may be a better outcome for Spurs. Mauricio Pochettino labelled Winks an ‘amazing‘ player. So they may be slightly wary of Winks joining another Premier League side in case he proves to be an inspired signing.
Winks meanwhile, may welcome the chance to move to La Liga. He was eligible to play for Spain before his England debut. So he may not be daunted by the prospect of joining Sevilla.
Like Spurs, they are set to be in the Champions League next year. So it could be the kind of deal that works for everyone – if Sevilla go on and make a serious bid.
