Report: Several Premier League sides want Manchester City loanee

Manchester City may be about to receive several offers from their Premier League rivals for Lukas Nmecha this summer, with HLN reporting that a number of teams are keen on the striker.

Nmecha has enjoyed a real breakout year this season. The 22-year-old has spent the campaign out on loan with Anderlecht.

It came after a handful of disappointing loan spells for the Germany under-21 international. But he has proved a real point while he has been away in Belgium.

Nmecha has scored 15 goals in the top flight, and 18 in all competitions. And it seems that his form is not going unnoticed elsewhere.

According to Belgian outlet HLN, there are several ‘wealthy’ clubs in the Bundesliga and Premier League expressing interest in the youngster.

It remains to be seen which clubs make a move for Nmecha. But you could understand why he is a wanted man off the back of this season.

There are several Premier League sides that need to bolster their attacking ranks. Teams such as West Ham, Liverpool, Spurs, Everton and Newcastle will surely strengthen their options in the coming months.

And if Manchester City are open to selling for a reasonable price, he could certainly prove to be a shrewd addition for one of their top flight rivals.
