Tottenham Hotspur could have their work cut out to sign Ryan Sessegnon this summer, after Scott Parker revealed he expects him to stay at Craven Cottage.
The English youngster has been strongly linked with a move across London in recent months.

The promising teenager – who is currently sidelined after getting injured at the European U21 Championships with England – only has one year remaining on his contract and has been tipped to leave the club this summer.
But Fulham fans may yet get to see him stick around following Parker’s latest comments.
He told West London Sport: “He’s rehabbing back to a point where he can feature. We’ll try everything we can [to keep him].
“We’ll see what will happen from there but at this present time, with 10 days [of the transfer window] to go, he’s a Fulham player and we fully expect him to rehab back from his injury and play a big part.”
TBR’s view
Perhaps this development will mean Spurs attempt a move for Sessegnon in January or next summer.
It does sound as though Fulham don’t particularly want to cash in on their young asset, despite his contractual situation.
Spurs do have Ben Davies, and Danny Rose could yet stay at the club with time running out for him to secure a move away.

Jan Vertonghen can also lend a hand at left full-back, so there may not be any immediate need for Sessegnon this summer.
Certainly though, he would be well worth moving for at a knock-down price in January.
