Tottenham Hotspur target Robin Koch is reportedly ready to leave Freiburg.
According to German outlet Kicker, it is now ‘clear’ that the centre-back will not renew his contract with the Bundesliga side, meaning the pressure is on for them to sell to avoid losing him for nothing.
The 24-year-old wants to look for a new challenge and it appears he is not short of potential suitors with Kicker claiming interest from Benfica, Sporting CP and AC Milan in addition to Spurs.

RB Leipzig were reportedly close to signing Koch in January, but they have now withdrawn from the race.
Arena Napoli reported on Tottenham’s interest in March, with Freiburg said to be wanting £18.5 million. Bild reported last month that Spurs were poised to reignite their interest.
Koch has been with Freiburg since the summer of 2017 and has made 87 appearances for the club in all competitions.
TBR’s View – Koch to replace Vertonghen?
The latest development may entice Tottenham, who appear set to bid Jan Vertonghen farewell this summer.

The Belgian’s contract is about to expire and following speculation for most of the season, no extension has been forthcoming.
Koch’s days at Freiburg seem very much numbered at this point, and he could potentially make for a cost-effective signing due to him being in the last year of his contract.
Daniel Levy loves a bargain, and Koch – an imposing figure previously compared to Javi Martinez (bundesliga.com) – could be a solid signing.
