Full-back Ricardo Rodrguez reportedly turned down a move to West Ham United before moving to Torino.
The Switzerland international completed his switch to the Turin-based club last week from AC Milan on a four-year deal.
Rodriguez had fallen out of favour at the Rossoneri, and was even sent out on loan in January to PSV Eindhoven.

He had been with the club since the summer of 2017 when Milan signed a plethora of stars following a change of ownership.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim Rodriguez joined Torino from the clutches of West Ham, with the publication adding the player was attracted to Marco Giampaolo’s project.
West Ham must now look elsewhere for reinforcements on the left side of their defence.
TBR’s View – A shame for West Ham
Rodriguez may have been deemed surplus to requirements by Milan, but he still would have been a decent pickup by West Ham.

The star has amassed 71 caps for Switzerland and is known for his wicked crossing.
He also takes set-pieces including penalties, and one just wonders whether David Moyes has missed out on a reasonable, cost-effective signing.
Moyes will now have to go back to the drawing board, and with the 2020/21 Premier League season only a couple of weeks away, there’s no time to lose.
