According to an exclusive report from the Scottish Sun, Rangers striker, Alfredo Morelos, is a target for Leicester and West Ham United.
The powerful striker has already been linked with a move to Newcastle United. The Chronicle previously claimed the Magpies could well land the Rangers star for as little as £13m.
That is, despite the fact that the Gers apparently see Morelos’ value close to the £50m after rejecting a number of advances during January.
However, the current worldwide crisis could force Rangers into selling Morelos to balance the books. And that has apparently alerted both Leicester and West Ham.
Both clubs are looking to add firepower this summer if they can. Morelos has scored 29 times this season, so he would certainly come to England with a reputation for finding the net.
West Ham have seen big-money signing Sebastien Haller struggle. Meanwhile, Leicester needs proper back up for Jamie Vardy, who is now in his 30s.
Morelos has seemingly curbed the disciplinary problems which plagued his early days in Scotland. That has impressed Steve Gerrard, who will be keen to keep his man.

Talk continues to gather pace about Morelos making a move away from Ibrox. As that talk goes on, it’s hard to see anything but a move away for Morelos.
In fairness to the striker, he has offered a lot to Rangers. He’s been there three seasons now and has scored plenty of goals. Furthermore, if they can fetch a massive fee, then Steven Gerrard would have funds to strengthen.
West Ham and Leicester are both good fits, too. The Foxes, of course, will be playing in Europe next season. That could well give them the edge over the Hammers. However, West Ham are known for paying big money, so don’t rule them out of the picture.
Newcastle, meanwhile, will no doubt be keeping tabs once their takeover is finalised.
