Rangers winger Glenn Middleton looks set for another spell away from Ibrox, with the Daily Record reporting that Steven Gerrard wants to loan the youngster out in January.
Middleton has endured a frustrating time after impressing during Gerrard’s first season at the helm. He has only made one senior appearance this term.

He has previously been out on loan on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately, he has been unable to stake a claim for more game-time upon his return to Ibrox.
The Daily Record reports that he is set to leave Rangers on loan in January. However, it is noted that Gerrard still rates the 20-year-old highly.

But the report adds that both ADO Den Haag and NAC Breda want Middleton for the rest of the season.
Den Haag find themselves in a relegation scrap in the Eredivisie. Meanwhile, Breda will be setting their sights on promotion.
Of course, Rangers’s focus will be on finding Middleton a move that promises plenty of game-time. If he is going to be in the first-team fold upon his return, he is seemingly going to need to prove a point while he is away.
But his start to life in the Gers senior squad hints that he has an incredibly bright future ahead. So another loan could be a masterstroke if Rangers find the right club for him.
