Rangers and Leeds United are in competition to complete the summer signing of Santiago Moreno, according to The Telegraph.
The Colombian winger is also wanted by Southampton and the CD America star looks set to become a wanted man during the summer transfer window.
At 21, he looks set for a bright future in the game and this season he’s found the net five times and claimed four assists in the Colombian top-flight.

Moreno typically operates on the right-wing, although he has showcased the ability to play on the left, or through the middle in the No.10 role.
All three clubs currently interested will need summer additions for very different reasons.
Rangers will want to ensure a period of dominance in Scotland. Steven Gerrard has helped the Gers win a first league title for 10 years and he’ll crave more silverware.
Marcelo Bielsa will want to build on a solid maiden season back in the Premier League; with European qualification likely to be his next objective.
For Southampton, they must ensure they are better equipped ahead of the 2020/21 campaign. They have struggled with injuries this season and a bigger squad will be sought by Ralph Hasenhuttl.
The youngster has been compared to Sadio Mane and it will be interesting to see who ends up winning the race to sign him.
TBR View: Moreno could be an attractive proposition
Rangers can offer Champions League football but with Bielsa and Hasenhuttl very accommodating when it comes to utilising youth, the race could be an interesting one.

The Colombian is quick, boasts an abundance of skill and has bags and bags of untapped potential.
He’s unlikely to cost a fortune and he could prove a really exciting signing for whichever club manages to take him to this summer.
