Rangers defender James Tavernier is reportedly attracting widespread interest from English Premier League clubs ahead of the summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the duo of Brighton and Southampton are both considering bids for the 27-year-old.
It is understood that Burnley are also credited with interest in the right-back, as summer targets are drawn up.
The report details that Rangers boss Steven Gerrard highly rates the full-back, but the club would be forced to listen to offers around £8million.
Tavernier is the club captain at Ibrox and been a crucial senior player for a number of years at the Scottish giants.
He is a defender that is most recognised for his attacking exploits, with a remarkable 16 goals and 20 assists in 55 games across all competitions this season

TBR’s View:
Tavernier is a bizarre player at Rangers that is quite often overlooked for his attacking output because of his frailties defensively.
He has produced stunning statistics going forward from defence in recent years and is also a leader in the dressing room that Gerrard has relied on during his first year in charge at Ibrox.
But the English right-back can make the odd mistake with his back to goal and just needs to sharpen up that side of his game.
Rangers would be able to invest back into their squad if they did offload Tavernier for £8million, but he would be a big loss as an attacking threat.
