Rangers and Celtic look set for transfer disappointment as Lyndon Dykes appears on course for a move to QPR, who have reportedly had a bid accepted for the striker.
The Daily Mail claimed yesterday that a bid in the region of £2m had been accepted by Livi, who then went on to leave the striker out of the 0-0 draw with the Gers yesterday,

Steven Gerrard and Neil Lennon were said to be keen on signing Dykes, with the Mail claiming in June that both Rangers and Celtic were monitoring the young Livingston hitman.
The 24-year-old Australian star scored 12 times for the Scottish side last season and, naturally, caught the eye of the bigger clubs north of the border.
However, it looks like QPR and former Gers boss, Mark Warburton, are going to win the race for the forward. The move will put an end to one of the longest-running transfer sagas in Scotland.
Great signing for QPR, luckily Rangers got Roofe instead – TBR View
This is a smart move by the R’s, who will be looking for goals if they do indeed lose Eberechi Eze, as expected.
For Celtic and Rangers, it is a case of a player who got away, which is unusual given they usually manage to snap up the best talent from the lesser clubs in Scotland.

Steven Gerrard won’t be too fussed given he managed to land Kemar Roofe, while Celtic boss Neil Lennon will hope to keep hold of Odsonne Edouard and also added Albian Ajeti last week.
