Report: 'Perfect' Tottenham player has become a key target for PL club, Levy wants £22m for him
Tottenham Hotspur defender Joe Rodon has become a key target for Nottingham Forest, according to the Daily Mail.
The Wales international has struggled for game time at Spurs since joining from Swansea in October 2020.
To date, Rodon – who cost Tottenham an initial £11million – has just 24 Spurs first-team appearances to his name.

Meanwhile, Forest are looking for reinforcements after earning promotion to the Premier League via the playoffs.
Reds manager Steve Cooper previously worked with Rodon while at Swansea.
Last week, The Athletic’s Charlie Eccleshare claimed the Tottenham centre-back is available “at the right price”.
In January, CBS Sports claimed Spurs wanted $27million (around £22million) for Rodon amid links with Newcastle.
“Works very hard”
Rodon might seem to be surplus to requirements at Tottenham, but he’s a top talent who’s a great shout for Forest.
The 24-year-old has 28 Wales caps and helped his nation reach the World Cup.
Rodon played the full 90 minutes as the Dragons beat Ukraine 1-0 in their playoff final earlier this month.
Barring injury or illness, the 6ft 4in ace is a shoo-in to make the Wales squad for Qatar 2022.
“He’s perfect, works very hard, young guy, wants to learn, very enthusiastic,” Jose Mourinho said of Rodon in March 2021.
With Spurs looking to bolster their ranks, selling Rodon would free up a place in the squad and give them a decent sum to reinvest in other players.
Meanwhile, Forest would be getting a talented, imposing international defender who knows the English game well and with good resale value.
Indeed, the Reds should move quickly for Rodon.
If he goes to the World Cup and shines, his price tag will no doubt go up, as will the list of suitors in the January transfer window.
