Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is reportedly now open to joining Tottenham Hotspur this month.
According to Sky in Italy, the Frenchman is would be willing to move to Spurs’ cross-city rivals this month, after Inter Milan supposedly cooled their interest.

The Nerazzurri have long been linked with the 33-year-old, but Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Antonio Conte is happy with the size of his squad and is ready to put his faith in promising youngster Sebastiano Esposito.
Giroud could now make a sensational move across the capital, having been in the shadows at Chelsea this season.
He’s only made seven appearances for the Blues in all competitions, with Frank Lampard entrusting Tammy Abraham to lead the line.

The Englishman is currently injured, but Michy Batshuayi is been Lampard’s second port of call for most of the season.
If Spurs want to wrap up a deal for the former Arsenal striker they best act quickly, with just 48 hours or so remaining until the transfer deadline.
TBR’s view – Giroud would be a fantastic addition
Giroud would be a great, if not controversial, signing for Tottenham.
He may have played for Arsenal for five-and-a-half seasons and currently play for Chelsea, but there’s no denying his abilities.

Giroud may be 33 now but his game isn’t based around being mobile. He’s never had pace to begin with and doesn’t need it now to be effective.
What’s great about £110,000-a-week star Giroud (Spotrac) is that he is physical like Jose Mourinho likes and can hold the ball up really well.
He obviously also knows where the back of the net is, as evidenced by his impressive haul of 78 Premier League goals in 225 appearances.
At the end of the day, Spurs need someone to score goals in Harry Kane’s absence and Giroud is definitely capable.
