According to a report from The Sun on Sunday (6/10; page 63), Sabri Lamouchi is already attracting attention from at least one Premier League club after a fantastic start to life with Nottingham Forest.
Forest have not lost in the Championship since the opening day of the season. They go into the international break second in the table and only behind West Bromwich Albion – the only team to beat Lamouchi’s men – on goal difference.

It is a remarkable start for the Frenchman. And it appears that it has not gone unnoticed by some in the top flight.
The Sun on Sunday (6/10; page 63) reports that the former Rennes man is on the radar of at least one team in the Premier League.

TBR’s View
While there are no Premier League jobs up for grabs it is unlikely that many Forest supporters will be too worried about losing Lamouchi. He has done a brilliant job so far and it would arguably be strange if top flight teams were not impressed with the work that he has done.
The situation may, of course, change if a vacancy emerges. But given the progress that Forest have made and the likelihood that it will be a struggling Premier League side that will come calling – if any do – Lamouchi would be forgiven for thinking that he would be better off staying at the City Ground.
