Newcastle United’s reported transfer target Jarrod Bowen has had his price tag lowered by his Championship club Hull City.
Accoridng to the Shields Gazette, the 23-year-old is wanted by both the Magpies and Aston Villa in this January transfer window.
It is understood that Hull have previously been demanding £22million for their attacker, but have now dropped that down and he is available for £18million.
The report details that the left-footed forward would open to a Premier League switch and would prefer a reunion with his former manager Steve Bruce at St James’ Park.
It’s understood that Leeds United are the only team to submit an official bid in January despite plenty of interest elsewhere and it remains to be seen if Newcastle will make a late attempt.

TBR’s View:
Bowen would like to form a reunion with Bruce at Newcastle and he was originally signed for Hull by him.
The left-footed attacker has developed into one of the best players in the Championship and he deserves a crack in the top-flight, which is why the Magpies should go all out to try get him.
He’s managed 17 goals in all competitions this season for Hull and the right-winger is such an incredible finisher that would add some much-needed firepower to the Newcastle team.
