Matty Longstaff is hoping to leave Newcastle United on loan before the end of the transfer window, the Chronicle say.
Going on loan?
Longstaff has seen his first-team chances at Newcastle become more limited after bursting on to the scene two years ago now.
The central midfielder is still fairly highly regarded by Steve Bruce, but with Joe Willock arriving his chances of starting could be minimal.
Longstaff is now said to be hoping to gain regular football elsewhere, and it seems that Newcastle will grant his wish.
Trio interested
Sheffield United, Huddersfield Town and Blackburn Rovers are all believed to be keen to land the 21-year-old, with Newcastle willing to listen to loan offers.

If Longstaff can go out and impress then there may be a route for him back at Bruce’s side.
While Newcastle are fairly well stocked in midfield, the likes of Isaac Hayden and Jonjo Shelvey may need to be replaced in the coming years.
And Longstaff could be taking one step backwards to move two forwards if he does exit on loan this summer.
