Newcastle United are monitoring talented Dutch youngster Myron Boadu ahead of the summer transfer window.
The winter window has only just closed, but it would seem the Magpies are getting their plans in order well in advance.
According to 90min, the Premier League side are keeping tabs on AZ Alkmaar’s 19-year-old attacker Boadu, who has been making waves in the Eredivisie this season.

Boadu has scored league 13 goals already for the Dutch outfit, making him the joint-third highest scorer in the division behind Cyriel Dessers of Heracles and Feyenoord’s Steven Berghuis.
Lively Boadu has also contributed a further six goals in the Europa League (including qualifying), and 13 assists in all competitions.
It is partly thanks to Boadu’s goals that Alkmaar are mounting an unlikely title challenge – currently, they’re just three points behind leaders Ajax in the Eredivisie table.
TBR’s view – A potential gem for Newcastle?
With Joelinton still struggling in English football, it would be very surprising if Newcastle didn’t attempt to strengthen this summer.

Boadu’s form this year is particularly exciting, and his potential makes him someone worth considering.
Newcastle are no strangers to a Dutchman, having landed Tim Krul, Luuk and Siem de Jong, Vurnon Anita, Gini Wijnaldum, and Jetro Willems in recent years, and Boadu might just be the most exciting addition to hail from the Netherlands if the club can pull it off.
