Newcastle United have reportedly agreed a deal with Premier League rivals Leicester City to sell them Ayoze Perez.
According to Sky Sports, the Magpies have agreed a £30million fee with the Foxes for the Spanish attacker.
It is understood that the 25-year-old will move to the King Power Stadium subject to a medical and personal terms being agreed.
Perez, who earns £45,000-a-week (Spotrac), is set to be another big exit from St James’ Park this summer.
Manager Rafael Benitez has already departed the North East, while star centre-forward Salomon Rondon has seen his loan deal expire.
Perez was one of Newcastle’s most consistent performers last season and is a versatile attacker that can play in central or wide positions.
He made 41 appearances across all competitions last term, scoring 13 goals and supplying four assists in return.

TBR’s View:
Perez may have divided fans at times during his five years at Newcastle, but there is no doubt he was one of the key players last season under Benitez and played a major role in keeping the club in the top-flight.
The attacker is now beginning to reach the peak years of his career and it looks like he will continue his development elsewhere, with Leicester looking like a great fit on paper.
His immense work-rate will be missed if he does complete a move away from Newcastle and it would leave a huge void in attack too, where they look particularly short on goals for next season.
