Hugo Lloris could leave Tottenham Hotspur, with Fabio Paratici lining up a double swoop, Football London say.
Two in, one out?
Tottenham are in advanced talks to sign both Pierluigi Gollini and Cristian Romero from Atalanta.
And it is the signing of Gollini which could really impact on Lloris.
The French stopper has been Tottenham’s undisputed number one for almost a decade now, and played every Premier League game last season under Jose Mourinho.
However, Gollini’s arrival cast some real doubt over his first-team place.
Lloris is advancing in years, and his form did dip at stages last season – although he generally performed well.
Lloris still wears the captain’s armband at Spurs and is thought to be a considerable influence on the dressing room.
Time to say goodbye?
But Football London suggest that Lloris could actually depart this summer, if Tottenham receive a sizeable bid.

Given Lloris’s age that may actually be a smart strategy.
The 34-year-old has just a year left on his contract and if Tottenham are to recoup any money back for him they will surely need to sell this summer.
If Lloris does depart it will put Gollini under sizeable pressure, though.
The Italian has impressed in Serie A, but he is yet to really prove himself in English football and he wouldn’t have time on his side if Lloris was to exit, as he would be required to make an immediate step up.
