Morgan Gibbs-White is keen to join Everton this summer, with I News reporting that the Toffees plan to make a fresh offer for the Wolves starlet after their first bid was rejected.
Frank Lampard’s men have made their first move for the 22-year-old. The Telegraph reported on Monday that Everton had seen a bid of over £20 million for the midfielder rejected.

Gibbs-White is yet to really establish himself in the Wolves side. But he really shone while on loan at Sheffield United last season, helping the Blades reach the play-off semi-final.
The Telegraph suggested that it was unclear whether Everton would return with a second offer. However, it does now appear that the Toffees are not yet giving up the race.

And they think that they will sign him.
I News reports that Everton are optimistic that a deal for Gibbs-White can be agreed. Crucially, the England under-21 international wants to move to Goodison Park.
Gibbs-White wants to join Everton
Gibbs-White is not the finished article. But he looks to have an incredible future ahead. And his spell at Bramall Lane could arguably prove to be a real defining moment in his career.
David McGoldrick said he has ‘the world at his feet‘, and insisted that he has all the ability.
Everton need something of a rebuild this summer. Obviously, they barely managed to keep themselves in the Premier League. And much needs to change on Merseyside.
Signing Gibbs-White would certainly be a massive step in the right direction. He scored 11 goals from midfield last season. And he has that piece of magic up his sleeve.
It definitely helps that Gibbs-White wants to join Everton in this window. But the onus is now on the Toffees to agree a fee with Wolves to make a deal happen.
