Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is a huge fan of Gunners summer transfer target Cody Gakpo of Dutch outfit PSV Eindhoven.
Football.London report that the Spaniard is a major admirer of Gakpo, who is a man in demand during the transfer window.
The report says that Arsenal are keen on Gakpo and are weighing up a swoop for the Dutchman after missing out on Raphinha.
But there is other interest from the Premier League, which means that any swoop would likely not be all that straightforward.

Arteta is a fan of Arsenal target Gakpo
Arsenal did struggle for firepower last season but you would perhaps not say that Arteta desperately needs another forward or wideman this summer.
But the pursuit of Raphinha showed that the Gunners are keen to add someone in that position if they are of the right quality.
Raphinha dreamed of Barcelona and that shone through in the end once the La Liga outfit finally stumped up the cash to buy him.
The report says that Gakpo dreams of a move to the Premier League and followed Arsenal as a youngster because of Thierry Henry.

Gakpo has just enjoyed a stunning year in the Netherlands, scoring 21 goals and contributing 15 goals in all competitions.
He is a ‘special‘ talent, and one who fits right into Arsenal’s approach of signing young players and letting them grow and improve.
Arsenal may move for Youri Tielemans before they commit the funds to sign one of European football’s hottest properties, but it seems clear that Arteta would love to have Gakpo at the club next season.
