France Football has claimed that Ligue 1 side Marseille are interested in signing Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara this summer, joining Aston Villa and Brighton in the race to land the ex-Arsenal star.
Kamara, 24, has been in excellent form for Rangers of late, clocking up 39 appearances in all competitions this season – with 55 in total since his move from Dundee in January 2019. A Finland international, Kamara has impressed.
But the midfielder’s future is up in the air. That is because a number of sides have become interested in Kamara, with Marseille and Andre Villas-Boas the latest to become interested. Indeed, Marseille have joined Aston Villa and Brighton in the race.
The report claims that Rangers could consider offers between £7million and £8.8million, especially after Rangers completed a move to sign Kamara just under 18 months ago for a bargain £50,000.

TBR’s view – Rangers need to consider Kamara sale
One thing that has become apparent to Rangers fans this season is that the former Arsenal midfielder is much more suited to playing in the Europa League, than the Scottish Premiership.
Kamara has starred in matches against FC Porto, Feyenoord and other sides – but struggled as Rangers have done in the league. His style is more suited to European football and the French league, rather than the physical Scottish Premiership.
If Rangers can bring in the best part of £10million for Kamara, then they simply have to sanction a sale.
