According to a report from The Telegraph, Marco Silva is expecting to be given a little more time to turn Everton’s fortunes around, with the board desperate to see the Portuguese succeed at Goodison Park.
The Toffees have made a poor start to the campaign. They go into the international break inside the relegation zone in the Premier League and have lost five of their last six top flight games.

It would be no surprise if some of the Everton fanbase were losing faith in Silva. But it appears that no change is expected to be made in the dugout as things stand.
The Telegraph reports that the Everton hierarchy are desperate to give Silva the chance to turn things around. Meanwhile, the former Watford boss believes that he is going to be allowed to carry on after recent meetings with Farhad Moshiri.

TBR’s View
Silva reportedly retains the board’s support at this stage. But with the fixtures that they have ahead, he is clearly under plenty of pressure to get some points on the board.
They do not play a top seven side until the start of December, when they face Leicester City and then Liverpool. It is a good opportunity therefore, to get back to winning ways.
However, with a number of those sides around them in the table, the pressure may actually increase further. Poor results in the coming games may make the calls for Silva to go too loud for the Everton hierarchy to ignore.
