Report: Manchester City step up pursuit with bid for ‘sensational’ £120k-a-week player

Manchester City have stepped up their pursuit of Jack Grealish by reportedly launching a bid for him.

According to The Telegraph, Man City have finally made an offer for him, worth a staggering £100million. If the deal takes place, it would be the most expensive transfer in Premier League history.

The reigning Premier League champions will now hope they can convince Villa into selling their club captain.

Grealish has reportedly been a priority for Man City manager Pep Guardiola and the club hope to strike a deal for him in the next few days.

The £120,000-a-week attacker has been offered a new deal to stay at Villa Park, but his future remains up in the air.
